How The Collaborative Salon Started!
Meet Colette — Owner and Founder
The Collaborative Salon was built on connection, education, and a deep passion for elevating the guest experience. As a second-generation hairstylist and educator with more than 25 years in the industry, Colette has done it all—working behind the chair, mentoring stylists, and teaching nationally and internationally as a platform artist.
With a background that includes advanced education, multiple master-level color certifications, and hands-on experience with leading professional product lines, Colette’s career has been shaped by a love of learning and a commitment to helping others grow. Her dedication to teaching and developing talent is at the core of the salon’s team-based culture.
